Welcome to Wadella Ranch, a family run operation located at Kipling, Saskatchewan. We have been breeding Percherons and Quarter horses for thirty years, having successfully shown both breeds. Something we have strived to achieve has been to offer great looking horses that will do what you need them to do, whether it is for show, pleasure or ranch work.
Our four children, Elton, Melissa, Kristin and Justin, have always been an integral part of our operation. With their help and enthusiasm it has made our success possible. Thanks kids!
We have been actively involved in the organization and operation of several horse events, from summer fairs to futurities and sales. Wade is also the Saskatchewan director for the Canadian Percheron Association. He is also the past President of the Saskatchewan 50.50 and is a representative for the Saskatchewan Horse Breeder's Association; through the Saskatchewan Livestock Association.
Most of our breeding stock has been home raised. Our foals are NAERIC registered. We consign foals to select sales and futurity sales, as well as being sold by private treaty on the ranch. A selection of our foals are kept for replacements as well as show and futurity prospects with some of them being shown and sold as older broke horses.
